Kioti University 2010

Knowing is not enough;
we must apply.
Willing is not enough;
we must do.

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

As February kicked in Mike Little, service department manager of Little Tractor fled Metropolis with service technicians Kenny Caudle and Brandon Wilke for KIOTI Headquarters in Wendell, North Carolina.

KIOTI University is a full two-day curriculum focusing on topics such as hydraulics, electrical components, air conditioning, engines and tractor transmission. In addition, KIOTI University is a requirement for the KIOTI 5-Paw Dealer Excellence Program. Dealerships must successfully complete the full 16-hour, 2-day class and achieve a passing grade on the final examination to retain eligibility in the 5-Paw program.

KIOTI University was established in 2001 and has consistently grown since that time in terms of its course offerings and attendance. All classes offered at KIOTI University are free of charge to KIOTI dealers interested in participating in the courses and in sharpening their service skills.

"Both attendance and interest in KIOTI University has significantly increased in recent years", states Michael McChargue, Product Support Manager for KIOTI. "Dealers enjoy coming to our headquarters to increase their technical knowledge in servicing KIOTI tractors and implements; and we enjoy watching them learn. We build relationships with them that help KIOTI customers across the country receive better overall service and parts support. It's a win-win situation for both the dealer and KIOTI."

KIOTI Tractor is a market driven company and has continually increased their compact tractor market share for the past six years. KIOTI manufactures over 20 tractor models in the 22-90 hp range, all of which are backed by their industry leading 4-year, full fleet warranty.
